Fantastic hotel. Best hotel I’ve stayed at in Turkey. The beds are from another world, top comfort. The room is ample and spotless clean. The restroom is stylish and very ample too. They called us to extend our check to 2pm without even asking after driving in at 2am. Just what we need it. When back in Erzurum no doubt I’ll go with Sway.

This place is a remarkable find and a hidden gem. I have lived and travelled extensively over 30 years, and I have to say that the quality of the staff, environment and amenities are truly world class and five star. The food is an astonishing array of regional dishes plus every other desire is catered for. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. It’s quite an achievement as I’m not talking about your standard western style buffet. The desert section alone is up there with some of the finest specialist providores in Istanbul, only the variety available is remarkable. The staff are friendly, happy and professional. They simply aim to please. I’m told that nothing in the region compares to this establishment. In fact the Sway would stand up to (and may surpass) many Hilton’s and Four Season's for example. I looked at a few hotels close by and they don’t come close. The locals are obviously well aware. We tried to extend our stay but they are booked solid. Like I said, I never expected this having set out to test the slopes of Palandoken, given I was travelling in Istanbul during the winter. What a great surprise! Peter Papas

A hotel with good service and excellent design. Full board with delicious quisine. Well trained staff in the restaurant. Anti covid measures at high standards. We spent 4 nights and 5 days - everything was of a very high standard. The best thing about the hotel is the fact that it has its own ski rental and ski slopes, (blue, red and black). Ski instructor who speaks English is available too. Would be nice if the guys at ski rental could speak English a bit better. Swimming pool isn't working because of COVID, but massage at spa centre was great - we had a Thai and Balinese specialists, which was very surprising in the mountains of Erzurum. Will definitely stay in this hotel again.

It's one of the best winter hotels for Erzurum area. What makes it special is the private ski slopes along with night lighting which enables you to ski even after dark.

Seriously, one of the best managed Hotels in Turkey. The staff will make you feel like you’re king

An amazing place to be ..could not take pics had a broken camera but I assure you it a wow wow all through... U will be glad u came visiting ... It all a wow view and a good resting secured environ .

This place is one of the best ski resorts in Erzurum. It has private ski slopes, a simple design, clean rooms and the slopes are open at night! I personally think that this place deserves 5 stars.
