Swandor Hotels & Resorts Topkapi Palace

Definitely not a Five Star resort. There is a big difference between this and other resorts in the area, but the resort is large and has many amenities. Location is right on the beach facing the Mediterranean Sea. The grand buffet is really amazing with lots of food options to choose from. The staff is friendly. I gave it four stars for the following reasons: - Rooms are updated but looks cheap - Bathrooms, especially showers are old - nightly programs are ok but not that much fun. Mostly music Overall, we had a nice experience for the money we paid, but most likely will stay at a real Five Star resort and pay a little more.

The hotel needs some renewal. But the food was good and the staff were polite, kind and helpful.

Everything was great except the food. Food was okish, nothing special. You can get away better food outside the hotel and it's not expensive too. But Everything else was great.

I was in your resort for 5 days It was very relaxing the stuff make u feel like u r in home Very clean very huge resort also big restaurants with plenty of delicious food

Absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. We had great time, fantastic facility , amazing food and customer service is excellent. The cleanliness and hygiene was very good considering the covid situation. We would never stay in any other resort next time in Antalya, Swandor is our fav.

Amazing hotel, service and stuff. Great attitude to the guest from the moment they arrive until the very end of stay. Everyone is really friendly and helpful. I had they best stay ever comparing to other hotel and resorts I've been before. Definitely recommend.

Safety concerns with the hotel. Sliding doors closed on my young child injuring his foot as the sensors do not work properly. Asked to speak a manager but one was available. Told he would speak with me the next day (he didn't). Two days after the incident I followed up and waited around to speak with somebody. They were not interested in the fact that the door shut on my son and injured him but kept explaining to me it was not possible to happen. I pointed out my son's injury wasn't that serious but it could have been worse if his neck was caught. The way the sensors are set up if a child falls over the doors won't stop and so could cause serious injury. The hotel didn't seem to acknowledge this was a problem which was very concerning.

I really don't know where to begin... this hotel was the best i have ever stayed at and it felt just like home!!! We stayed in Room 2425 for 1 week and the service was immaculate. The staff are extreamly helpful and welcoming, the all inclusive food and snacks we're amazing and i will definitely be visiting again. The hotel also allowed us to extend our stay by one day due to missing flight..i honestly cannot thank them enough and can't wait to visit again
