Fatura konusunda ısrarım karşısında çeşitli bahanelerle talebimi geri çevirdiler, satış öncesi defo olmadığını belirttikleri ürünlerin kusurlu çıkmasını da büyük bir pişkinlikle karşıladılar.
 They did not give an invoice for my purchase of 7 pieces of products for 470 ₺ from Novaland Süvari store in Konya/Seljuk and 5 of 7 pieces of products were defective.
In the face of my insistence on the invoice, they rejected my request with various excuses, and they met with great embarrassment that the products they stated were not defective before the sale.
