I bought clothes for close to 3 thousand TL, for various reasons I wanted to return them and get my money back, I was told that a refund from the main dealer Istanbul is possible up to 1 week, but when I went to return it, my return request was not accepted, I would have given it 0 stars, it's a complete disgrace

While we have the right to return the product we bought within 7 days, they did not accept returns. They are very interested when buying from the website or a different cavalry store, they are very relevant, but the same behavior is not displayed in exchange and return.

Bu tarzda hoşlananlar için samimi bir esnaf havası var. Ürünleri herzaman orta seviye olmuştur ama kötü olduğunu hiç görmedim. Herzaman üst seviyeye daha yakın olmuştur.
The interest and relevance of the staff to the customer is more like a local store. Instead of an institutional and serious distance, they welcome them warmly. There is a friendly artisan air for those who enjoy this style. Their products have always been mediocre, but I've never seen them bad. It has always been closer to the top level.
