★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3gündür bir kargoyu getiremediniz üstelik dün süratten başka bir kargom geldi o an bu kargomu farketemedim evden markete bile kaç gündür çıkmıyorum sizin yüzünüzden evde çocuk var diye gelemedim ama bu gidişle kendim gidip alıcam soğukta. Aldığınız para haram zıkkım olsun diğer kargolarında kötü yanları olsa da hiç biri Sürat kadar sorumsuz değil
You have not been able to bring a cargo for 3 days, and another cargo came from yesterday. I couldn't realize this cargo at that moment. I haven't been going from home to the market for how many days. Whether the money you bought is forbidden, although it has bad aspects in other cargoes, none of them is as irresponsible as Sürat.

Very bad shipping company. Incoming cargoes are kept for a week and then distributed. A cargo to be avoided.

I have not seen a worse cargo company, there is no need to come to the door and ring the bell, they go with the lie that the address could not be found, at least a message is sent, like other cargoes, like you can get it from the branch, but it is not there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a very bad service with zero interest in their customers and clients. after 3 days of rushing to get my pocket I had to get it by my self from their office in( yenigün ) and after all they brought it dirty (like it felting in mud )look like some one had run on it .and when I complained they made me open it outside to not have any responsible for being crashed.
