If your cargo has arrived in a region where the cargo is not delivered, they send an imposition message to receive it within the day, although you have the right to receive it within 3 days.

Prices and service are reasonable. If you are coming by car, parking space can be found. While receiving the cargo, they say that the time has passed and they do not send it. They write down the address and send it tomorrow.

Although I have repeatedly called the landline phone in their branches, nobody answers the phones. They send a message saying that the cargo has arrived and they want it to be received. However, the cargo was sent home delivery. I have never seen such a bad, such an infamous service.

On 30.07.2021 at 12.32, I receive a message from Şırnak Sürat Cargo via sms and it reads as follows: "Good day, you have reached the Sürat Kargo Şırnak branch, we request you to receive your cargo today due to the busyness, the waiting period is the last day". I immediately called customer service and talked about the situation and they said they would take care of it. After all, the cargo arrives today, but for some reason, they are very busy and they cannot go out for distribution, and somehow the waiting period is the last day. As far as I know, the waiting period is 2-3 days. Such seriousness cannot be irresponsible. Hopefully the authorities will fix the problem.
