★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kargom bu şubeye gelmiş, kargoyu teslim etmedikleri gibi ne aradılar kargonuz geldi diye ne de sms ile bilgi verdiler. Sayelerinde gelen kargom göndericiye iade edilmiş. Gönderici beni arayıp bilgi verdi kargo şubede bekliyormuş diye. Ertesi gün kargoya gittiğimde kargo göndericiye iade edilmiş. Bu kadar sorumsuzluk görmedim.
 My cargo came to this branch, as they did not deliver the cargo, they neither called nor gave information via SMS. Thanks to them, my cargo has been returned to the sender. The sender called me and informed me that the cargo was waiting at the branch. When I went to the cargo the next day, the cargo was returned to the sender. I did not see so much irresponsibility.

A product I bought from the flower basket was directed to the Kütahya ceramic branch instead of the Gediz district. Due to the error of the application of the Flower basket, my cargo will not be delivered. When I called the branch and explained the situation, they forwarded my cargo to Gediz district. Thanks ☺️
