It is the most non-institutional of the cargo branches. You leave your cargo, they say, you go, we will enter the system later, and after 2.3 hours, a notification comes. The staff also seems not to be satisfied.

Bu şekilde davranırsanız çok müşteri kaybedersiniz diyorum, müşteri kaybetmek umurlarında değilmiş orda çalışan kilolu bayan aynen bu şekilde cevap veriyor. Bayanın amacı galiba kendisi de firmadan memnun değil bu yüzden müşterilerini dağıtmak istiyor anlayamadım. Bir müşteriye bu kadar kötü davranılabilir....
No respect, they are far from being serious. They are making fun of the customer. I say if you behave like this, you will lose a lot of customers, they don't care about losing customers, the overweight lady working there answers exactly like this. The aim of the lady, I guess, is that she is not satisfied with the company, so she wants to disperse her customers, I do not understand. How can a customer be treated so badly?
