Bu nedenle puan vermek istemiyorum

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bir puan bile fazla kargomuzu teslim etmediler bunun yanında 3-4gün içinde defalarca telefonla aramamıza rağmen ulaşılamıyor. Bu şubenin telefonu açma ihtimali Kaf dağına olan inancımdan daha düşük. Müşteri memnuniyeti önemsemiyor, şikayet ve dileklerinizi ileteceğimiz bir mecra da yok. Kendi müşteri hizmetlerini aradık ama orası da aynı doğrultuda. ?????
They did not deliver even a single point more than our cargo. Besides, it cannot be reached even though we made several calls within 3-4 days. This branch is less likely to pick up the phone than my belief in Mount Kaf. Customer satisfaction is not important, there is no channel to convey your complaints and wishes. We looked for their own customer service, but that's the same. ?????
