★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bunları hiç denetleyen filan yok mu, bu nasıl hizmet? İki defa kargom geldi ikisinde de aynı sorun. Kargo geleli 4 gün olmuş hâlâ dağıtımda yazıyor ama gelen giden yok. Ben bir haftada çinden kargo getiriyorum, adamlar 4 günde şubeden eve getiremiyor. Geçen sefer de dağıtımda gözüken kargoyu gittim şubeden aldım. Şubenin yakınındaysa getiriyor, her seferinde bor yolundan eski terminale kargo almaya mı geleyim. Satıcıya da şikayet ettim, genel merkeze de yazacağım, apartmanın kamera kayitlari da var geldik bulamadık derseniz, isteyen otursun izlesin.
Isn't there anybody controlling them, how is this service? My cargo came twice, the same problem in both. It has been 4 days since the cargo has arrived, but it is still written on the distribution, but there is no incoming or outgoing. I bring cargo from China in a week, men cannot bring home from the branch in 4 days. Last time I went and bought the cargo that appeared in the distribution from the branch. If it is near the branch, should I come to pick up cargo from the boron road to the old terminal every time. I also complained to the seller, I will write to the headquarters, there are video recordings of the apartment and if you say we could not find it, if you want to sit down, watch it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kargo şirketleri içerisindeki en kötüsü resmen. Kargonun gelmesi bir dert geri iade etmesi bir dert olan şirket. Keşke işini iyi yapmayan şirketlerin hepsi kapansada kurtulsa millet.
It's officially the worst among shipping companies. It's a problem for the cargo to arrive, a company that is a problem to return it. I wish all the companies that do not do their job well would be saved if they were closed.

Bugün 18.10.2021 tarihinde telefonuma kargonuz dağıtıma çıkmıştır diye sms geldi biraz saat geçikince şubeyi arayıp kargomun dağıtıma çıkıp çıkmadığını sordum ve ilgili kişi bana dağıtıma çıkdı bugün gelir dedi sonuç gelmedi ilgili kişiye eğer bugün gelmezse şubeden gelip alayım dedim çünkü benim için bugün gelmesi önem arz ediyordu ama bana geleceğini söyledi ben mağdur oldum kesinlikle bu firmayla çalışan şirketlerden alışveriş yapmayacağım ve aynı şekilde alışveriş yaptığım firmayada ileteceğim bu durumu. Rezillik başka bir şey değil madem bugün gelmeyecek bana sms atıp gün bltu neden bekletiyorsunuz işimiz var gücümüz var sizin keyfinizi bekleyemem.
Absolutely awful even 1 star is too much. Today, on 18.10.2021, I got a sms to my phone saying that your cargo has been delivered, a little bit later, I called the branch and asked if my cargo was delivered, and the person concerned said it will be delivered to me today, the result was not received. but he said he would come to me, I was a victim. I will definitely not shop from companies that work with this company, and I will also convey this situation to the company I shop from.
