Help me, they did their job, even though I said I was traveling by cargo, they did their job, I left like a beggar, went to the ertuğrul branch and returned it. I went for a refund. I waited for 10 minutes. Thank goodness the gentleman did not look up from the computer. Then he turned around and said what was yours. I said there was a refund. After all, the marketplace where I will return said you can send it free of charge with Sürat Cargo courier. When I told him that, he said we are too busy, we can't send a courier. Look at the mood of the men, he says to me, we are busy, we cannot send a courier. Anyway, I said I'll look for it. I called a packer for half an hour to get a cargo protector when I had to get to work during my work hour. Then I went. I handed. I definitely don't want to visit this branch again....

It seems to open at 8.30. They say you leave at 8.45, no matter what, we don't get refunds before 9:00. If so, write to Google Maps that it will open at 9, bro. Don't waste people's time.

It is an incredibly bad branch. As if they are not waiting for the incoming cargo, they make a statement saying come and get it yourself. It is a place that should definitely not be used.
