★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Set halinde 4 kitap aldım normalde bir kutunun içinde 4 kitap olması gerekirken kitaplar islak parçalanmış bir şekilde geldi sayfaların bazıları kopmuş bir şekilde ve üstünde siyah lekeler var kitaplar kitaplıktan çıkmış ve sadece 1 tanesinde değil hepsinde deformasyon var iğrenç bir şekikdeler insanın ders çalışması değil bakası bile gelmiyor peki benim mağduriyetimi nasıl karşılayacaksınız??
 I bought 4 books as a set, normally there should be 4 books in a box, but the books came in a wet way, some of the pages were torn and there are black stains on them.The books came out of the bookshelf and not only one of them but all of them are deformed, they are disgusting figures. so how will you meet my grievance?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ben hiç bu kadar işini berbat yapan kargo firması daha görmedim. 26 şubat günü kargonuz dağıtımda diye msj geldi üzerine 2 gün geçti hala dagıtımda toplu alışveriş yaptım diğer kargo firimaları siparişin üzerinden 2 3 gün geçmeden elime ulaşırken sürat kargo ile gelen ürünüm hala gelmedi önceki alışverisimdede aldıgım ürünü başkasına teslim etmişler o kişide kapımın önüne bırakıp kaçmıştı.
I have never seen a cargo company doing so much trouble. On February 26, when I received a message because my cargo was in distribution, 2 days passed, I still made mass shopping in my distribution, while other cargo companies reached me before 2 or 3 days after the order, my product that came with speed cargo still did not arrive, they delivered the product I bought in the previous shopping to someone else, and that person left my door and ran away.

It would be nice if the customer representative had a more polite approach, but with such an attitude, it is the same as the cargo branch everywhere.
