A complete disgrace. The cargo officer comes to my address, he speaks back and forth without delivering the cargo. Even one star is too much for them.

He went back before I could reach my cargo. The system was sending it automatically. Everything is running smoothly, as if this is the only problem.
Do not address, ask courtesy, there is no solution. A decent company.
