Birde 220 ülkeye kargo götürüyorlarmıs la siz daha istanbuldan kayseriye getiremiyonuz 30 gündür 220 ülkeye kıyamet kopana kadar anca görürüsünüz. Sürat kargo pişmanlıktır Allah bildiği gibi yapsın sizi.....

Bundan sonra internetten sipariş verirken eğer kargo şirketi olarak sizi kullanıyorlarsa o siparişi vermeyeceğim.7 gündür kargo araçtan indirildi bekliyor. Ne yapıyorsunuz at arabasıyla mı dağıtım yapıyorsunuz anlamadım ki?? Nitekim öyle bile olsa şimdiye çoktan gelirdi. Bir de tek bu değil, bütün şubeleriniz böyle. Hatta İstanbul müşteri hizmetlerini arıyorum, telefon çalmıyor bile. Sizinki kadar ilgisiz, sorumsuz bir hizmet (!) e rastlamadım.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Özensiz bir firma kargoları panayır gibi üst üste yola bırakmışlar. 3 günde Kayseri'ye gelen paket bana 17 gün sonra geliyorsa ve yıpranmış parçalanmış vaziyette ise kusura bakmasınlar 1 yıldız bile fazla.
