★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Böylesine rezil bi çalışma sistemi. Aynı gün Aldığım ürün Ptt kargo ile gelmesi bir gün sürmedi bile.. Sürat??? Kargo ile perşembe aldığım ürün bugün cumartesi olmasına rağmen hâlâ gelmedi. Pazartesi de gelmezse kendim gidip alacağm artık.
Such a lousy working system. The product I bought on the same day did not even take a day to arrive with Ptt cargo.. Speed??? The product I bought on Thursday with cargo has still not arrived even though today is Saturday. If he doesn't come on Monday, I will go and get it myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beş gün önce gelen kargomla beraber toplam dört kargom vardı. Kendim gidip almasaydım geri göndereceklerdi. Tam yarım saat ürün aradılar. Dışarıda kapının önünde yerlerde gidecek ürünler vardı.Ürünleri bildiğiniz atıyorlar , itiyorlar kırılacak falan hiç umurlarında değil. Onca firma varken neden hala burayla çalışıyorlar anlamıyorum. Trendyol gibi aracı firma ile alışveriş yapanlar kesinlikle kargo Sürat ise yapmasınlar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 06.04.2022 tarihinde kargo teslim ettim.Adini makbuzdan aldığım ümit Duger kargo ücretinin 60.00 TL olduğunu söyledi.Kredi kartı gecerlimi dediğimde nakit cikmazmi dedi,benden nakit bekledi.Bende 200 TL verdim.Arka banka giderek arkadaşına verdi ondan bana 1 20 lik,2 10 Luk getirdi.Bende makbuzla birlikte 100 TL daha verecek diye düşündüm .Hata ettim ve parayı cebime koydum.Makbuzu verdi devamında 57.76 TL makbuz.100 TL eksik dediğimde arkadasina gitti birşeyler konuştu bana cebinize iyi bakın dedi.Kasa sayımı yapın dediğimde ancak akşam olur diyerek işi yokuşa sürdü.Oysa o saatde daha kolay olurdu.Kameralara bakıldı net bişey yoktu.Sonrada beni şubeden kovdular.Yakindaki polis karakoluna gittim polis memurları ilgilendi ama Kısaca polislik bişey olmadığını söylediler.Kart kabul etmeyerek nakit almaya çalışmak sonra başıma gelen Sürat Kargo çok yazık
