If you are not going to do your job, let go. Such incidents happened to me because the company from which I purchased the product transmits my cargo by speed cargo. Never trust these people if you are sending a cargo by hand. They are sitting there, I ask why you do not turn on the phones, and I get the answer that we cannot turn them on due to the intensity. If there is density, queue callers, people do not have to wait on the phone in the hope that they will open. In summary, as can be understood from the bad comments, it is a cargo company with people who do not do their job or cannot do their job.
