★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hayatımda bu kadar rezalet bir kargo firması görmedim. İnternetten sipariş ettiğim ürün Afyon'a geldi. Fakat bu kargo yüzünden ürün elime ulaşmadı. Ulaşmadığı yetmezmiş gibi bir de ürünü geri göndermişler. Sisteme alıcı adreste bulunamadı olarak girmişler. Halbuki evimde 7 gün 24 saat ailem var. Geldiklerine dair bir not da bırakmamışlar çünki hiç gelmediler. Defalarca aramama rağmen tenezzül edip telefonu da açmadılar. Rezalet, rezillik, sorumsuzluk...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İnternetten verdiğim siparişleri süray getirecekse bir eyvah çekiyorum. Kargoyu eve getirmeyip iade başlatıyorlar. Telefonlara kesinlikle bakmıyorlar. Mecbur gidip kendiniz almanız gerekiyor. Neden getirmediniz diye sorunca bir kağıt gösterip bakın gelmişiz diyorlar. Güven vermeyen ve özensiz çalışan bir firma. Kısaca Afyonun en kötü kargo firması
If the orders I'm ordering from the internet will bring time, I'm going to do something. They don't bring the cargo home and start a refund. They certainly don't answer phones. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Merhabalar 12.11.2020 Cumartesi tarihinde iş yeri adresli kargom haftasonuna denk geldiği için izinliydim fakat özverili Afyon Sürat Kargo çalışanı Hasan Memiş beni aradı ve iş yerinde olmadığımı merkez şubeye bırakmasını söyledim. Ona rağmen kargoyu bir şekilde ulaştırabilmek için farklı alternatifler sundu hiç biri olmayınca bulunduğum yere Kadar getirip elden teslim etti. Bu özverili davranışı ve ilgisinden dolayı kendisine çok teşekkür ederim
Hello, I was on leave on 12.11.2020 Saturday because my cargo with the address of the workplace coincided with the weekend, but the devoted Afyon Speed Cargo employee Hasan Memiş called me and told me to leave my office to the central branch. Despite that, he offered different alternatives in order to get the cargo somehow, when no one was available, he brought it up to where I was and delivered it by hand.
