There is no return system.. Cargoes are constantly dropped.. Maybe not all of Sürat Cargo, but Halikarnas Branch is very troubled..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trendyol Hata etmiş, korkunç bir dağıtım ağı mevcut, dakikalarca kargo bekledim. Eve teslim edilecek olan kargoyu bile günlerce bekletiyorlar. Gidip taksi parası verip aldım. Üstüne üstlük fırça bile yedim. Zaten çalışanlara dikkatli bakınca herşeyi anlarsınız. Saygılar.

Alıcı personel izinli, içeride çalışma arkadaşları var. İçeriye girmem, güvenliğe bırak dediler dedi. Kabul etmiyorum, teslim edeceksen ya kendisine yada arkadaşlarına teslim et dedim. Bir kenara bıraktı, çekip gitti.
On Sunday, 27.02.2022, at 15.00, Sürat Cargo employee arrived with a special vehicle. This is official institution. The cargo he brought belongs to a staff member working in the institution. Buyer personnel are on leave, there are colleagues inside. He said he wouldn't go inside, leave it to security. I do not accept it, I said, if you are going to deliver it, either deliver it to him or to his friends. He put it aside and left.

Tell you to press a number if you wish to speak English then when they answer you get told NO English ?
What a way to run a Cargo Business ? I will be contacting Trendyol to advice them to find another delivery service this company do them no good it’s bad policy for them and bad publicity
