Her zaman ki gibi bu sabahta kendileriyle irtibat kurmak zorunda kaldım.
Buca da oturuyorum Gaziemire gönderim yapılan yanlış kargom hakkında adresime teslimatı veya olmayacaksa geri iade talebi oluşturulmasını rica edecektim fakat bana yardımcı olabilecek beyfendi ismini dahi vermekten çekinen 3 kez telefonu yüzüme kapattı .Bu nasıl bir sorumsuzluk , bu nasıl hizmet ?
Çalışanlar biz müşterilere yardımcı olamayacaksa neden ordalar ?
Şimdi sormak isterim Sayın Sürat kargo Gaziemir şube müdürü ve İzmir Bölge müdürü bu şekilde takım arkadaşlarınız ile çalışarak nasıl yol kat edebilirsiniz ?
 Speed Cargo Gaziemir branch is the most irresponsible business I have ever seen.
As always, I had to contact them this morning.
I am sitting in Buca, I would ask for the wrong cargo sent to Gaziemire to be delivered to my address or to create a refund request if it is not going to happen, but the gentleman who could help me refrained from even giving his name 3 times.
If employees can't help us customers, why are they there?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bir gönderiyi aldırabilmek için defalarca kayıt oluşturuyoruz yinede tenezzül edip gelip almıyorlar.. Perşembeden beri bekliyorum, sabh yine aradım, yine gelmediler.. Yoğunluk olabilir, yetişemiyor olabilirsiniz ama yinede gün içinde almalısınız. Perşmbe göndereceğim kargo şimdiye ulaşmış olması gerekirsen, sizlerin sayesinde hala tarafınızca alınmayı bekliyor.. Biraz daha özverili olmalısınız. Daha kaç gün daha bekleyeceğim bakalım. Karşı taraf sizinle çalıştığı için sizi bekliyorum. Yoksa bnde bilirdim siz gelmediniz diye baska firmayalarla göndermeyi.. Lütfen biraz önem verin yaptıgını z işe..
