The cargo that reached the zeybek branch on 11 November has not been delivered yet, 7 days have passed. Also, my cargo, which was written as it was delivered, could not be delivered for 3 days.... such an understanding and working principle cannot be. ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bu subeyi telefonla aradım. Her aramada 17 dakika bekletildikten sonra telefonu acmadiklari için kapattım. Sonra şubeye sorduğumda çok yoğun olduklarını acmadiklarini umursamaz bir tavırla belirttiler. Hiç memnun kalmadım. Acil bir adres değişikliği olsa bir sorun olsa şubeye koşarak gitmek zorundasınız. Asla muhatap bulamıyoruz telefonda.
I called this branch on the phone. After being on hold for 17 minutes for each call, I hung up the phone because they didn't pick up. Then, when I asked the branch office, they stated with a careless attitude that they were very busy. I was not satisfied at all. If there is an urgent change of address, if there is a problem, you have to run to the branch. We can never find a contact on the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 kere kargom bu şubeye düştü birincisinde bir hafta kadar şubede kaldı en son dayanamayıp ben gittim aldım. İkinci kargo ise şu anda 5 gün geçmesine rağmen adresime ulaşmadı dahası da kurye dağıtımına çıktı bildirimi gelmesine rağmen gelmedi bütün gün kargoyu bekledim evde 2 gün geçmesine rağmen hala dağıtımda gösteriyor. Müşteri temsilcisi de asla açmıyor telefonu şu an hattayım yaklaşık 10 dakika oldu. Tam bir fiyasko keşke 0 yıldız olsa da versek
My cargo fell to this branch 2 times, the first time it stayed in the branch for about a week, at last I couldn't stand it and I went and bought it. The second cargo, on the other hand, has not arrived at my address even though it has been 5 days, moreover, it has not arrived despite the notification that it has been delivered to the courier. I waited for the cargo all day. I waited for the cargo at home, although it still shows in distribution. The customer representative never picks up the phone, I'm on the line right now, it's been about 10 minutes. A complete fiasco, I wish we could give it 0 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yeni yeri Atatürk Devlet Hastanesi'nin arkasında ya da başka bir tabirle eski acil kapısının orada. Çok sıkışık bir yerde olmaması iyi bir şey.
Bir iki kere kargo vermeye gittiğimde işlemlerim hızlı bir biçimde yapıldı ve beklemedim. Benim için herhangi bir sıkıntı oluşturmasa da dükkân çok dağınık ve serkeş görünmekte. Daha özenli olması müşteri memnuniyeti açısından daha olumlu olur diye düşünmekteyim.
The new location is there behind Atatürk State Hospital or the old emergency door with another sign. It's a good thing to be in a very cramped place.
When I went to give a cargo, my transactions were quickly done and did not wait. Although it does not create any distress for me, the shop is very scattered and looking serion. I'm more attentive to think more positive in terms of customer satisfaction.
