Birçok şehirde sürat kargoyu kullandım ama bingölde ki kadar saygısız, laubali, nasıl konuşması, nasıl iletişime geçilmesini bilmeyen çalışanlar görmedim.
Her aldığım ürün hasarlı geldi -çünkü kargonun üzerinde kırılacak yazsa dahi fırlatıyorlar- her kapıya gelen çalışan saygısızca emir verircesine konuştu.
SÜRAT KARGO nun BİNGÖL ŞUBE çalışanlarının denetlenmesi şart..! lütfen saygı ve müşteri iletişimi bilen çalışanlarla diğer şehirlerde ki kaliteyi bingöle de taşıyın.!!!

I used speed cargo in many cities, but I have never seen employees who are as disrespectful, unprofessional, and do not know how to talk and how to communicate.
Every product I bought came damaged - they throw it even if it says it will break on the cargo - every employee who came to the door spoke disrespectfully as if giving orders.
BINGOL BRANCH employees of SÜRAT KARGO must be inspected..! Please bring the quality of other cities to Bingöl with employees who know respect and customer communication.!!!

They can't bring your cargo when they want. They can say we came, you weren't there. And when you prove it's not true, they don't say, OK, we'll bring it, and they don't. When you call them again, they say the same things. They go to their feet and expect you to pick them up.
