★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 yıldız verenler tanıdık herhalde.Adamların doğru dürüst kuryeleri araçları bile yok.Herkesi şubeye çağırıyorlar mesajla ,bir de kargonuz şubeye teslim yalanını söylüyorlar karşı çıkarsanız ayrı bir kabalık.Kaç tane kargom bana ulaşmadan geri döndü,çünkü böylesi daha kolay.Hadi şikayetle vs nadir de olsa bi zahmet teslimat yapacaklar onda da en az iki üç sefer arayıp adres soruyorlar telefonla ,kapılarda balkonlarda bekliyorsunuz,adresi bile bilemiyorlar çünkü öyle bir hizmetleri yok.Yıllarca nasıl bu şube hakkında bir şey yapılmıyor anlaşılır gibi değil.Demek ki Sürat Kargonun denetim mekanizması yok, şube aldın mı aldın bitti ,gerisi şirket için de önemli değil anlaşılan.
