Komik olan hadi hiç bir sms ya da bilgilendirme yapmadınız gel al diye beni arayacağınıza niye satıcıyı arıyorsunuz? Geri aradığımda arkadaşlarının hatası olduğunu böyle ufak tefek şeylere takılmamamı istediler. Muğla'da ki adama ulaşıp beni aramamaları kargomu iade etmeleri zaten daha da komik 10gün bekleme süresi yok mu bu kargonun? Aradığınız da ise asla ulaşamıyorsunuz. Sürat kargonun merkezini aradığım da ise kargo iade görünüyor ve şubeden gidip teslim almamız söyleniyor ki 3 gündür eve gelen giden kimse yok. Şube ise bu konu da en ufak bilgilendirme tarafımıza yapmadı. Bu pandemi döneminde ve kısıtlama olan bir dönemde 65 yaş üstü ailemden kim nasıl kilometrelerce yol gidip alabilir kargoyu acaba ?
