A cargo branch with irresponsible, unqualified and rude employees who say they called without calling and do not bring the cargo, on top of that saying we do not accept mistakes, and I do not know how it survived despite such irresponsibility. If I could give 0, I would give 0. If there was a minus, I would have given it.
