This hotel positioning as a 5*, but it didn't correct. Old hotel, small territory, no animation

I start with pleasant things: amazing beach, big green garden, nice swimming pool and a separate pool for youngest kids, welcoming girls at pastry house where we usually spent lunch time, interesting animation for kids. Now drawbacks: XS size of the room where hardly can close the door to the bathroom if you are in, old building and that is visible at walls, doors (which sometimes let you down, we had twice such cases) , hairdryers and elevators. Long breakfasts (we loved it) but short (2 hours) dinners at restaurants ending up with full room and queues at the opening, restaurant managers don't help to find place even families with small kids, actually they just watch. Some food at the restaurant was rotten, e.g. beans that smelled awfully but managers again didn't do anything or packaged butter that expired for sure. Fruits are usually still hard or green, bananas disappear in first 10 minutes and never appear again. Waiters-boys are interested in finding a girl for a night only, they are mostly rude (they can give you a glass with syrops and tell help yourself with soda or juice while asked for a cocktail, say wait a bit and we'll close, so nothing to argue about while you standing in a line to the bar/ice-cream, none of them is able to make a milk shake, they just pour milk and syrop in a paper cup) - I hated to come to the swimming pool bar. The sound at mini-disco (for kids) was so loud that you couldn't here yourself at all and probably could make some children death but djs didn't want to understand English or Russian (and that was mainly Russian speaking hotel) and make the sound lower. Climatization is difficult to regulate and of course it switches off when you are not in the room. WiFi is available only in lobby and even there you can catch it only when there are not so many people around, so I caught on the 3rd or 4th day of being in the hotel. Telephone in the room didn't work at all and it was in the whole hotel due to shutdown of something. There was an evening when we had no water at all, nowhere in the hotel but we were told those several hours were an exception. The schedule of ice-cream availability is different on papers they gave you at reception and on spot, that creates some quarrelling between staff and guests. Sometimes line for ice-cream is quite long, like 20 people while staff help themselves without waiting (it happened once but was the most unpleasant impression during the whole stay, old people and kids were waiting on the sun while boys and men come and go with ice-cream). Outside the hotel there is a trading area but it is neitger a shopping mall, nor a market with a lot of small stalls selling pretty much the same clothes. Not sure if I want to go in Turkey anymore after such first time.

No wifi in the rooms. In general ok, but too focused on russians in entertainment and personnel speaks russian better than english.

Hotel building is nice and has a great sea view, if you get sea view room, that is. The beach is very nice and everything there is near perfect. The room service is nice and keeps everything clean. Now let's talk about food: Food is OK. There's plenty of different choices but everything is just OK. Sweets are terrible. And it comes from a person that likes turkish delights. Drinks: There are three bars in this hotel's area. All bars are serving alcohol cocktails BUT they all are bad. The juices they serve are very bad quality (reminds kind of powder drinks like Cool Aid and stuff alike), soda fountains are very bad as well. Alcohol is the most bottom-shelf alcohol I have tasted in a good while. Their bars are very mediocre at best. I want to address another and a different problem. I understand that hotel makes the most money out of russian tourists but come on, music they play (loudly) is mostly russian cringe-induced EDM and pop songs. Staff members are saying "hi" in russian, not even thinking if I was from another country. Their showmen (the guys that run pool activities and "discoteque") talk in russian, asuming everyone's russian (they probably are, because as far as I could see, 99% of residents here were slavs). You are basically forced to listen to their language, understanding nothing. I would think that they should run everything in english, which is universal language worldwide. Probably too much to ask. Overal experience was not that bad but russian chatter and music ruined most of my nice weather time here.
