★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You pay for your seat, fish is ok but you do not get much in your plate (no rice, no french fries; only a slice of onion and a bit of salad); service was bad: salad and bier arrived 15 minutes after fish ; hard to get the waiter. Not worth it. You can eat better easily in Turkey for the same price and with much better waiters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a bad seafood restaurant. Service was pretty good although more interested in your initial order than tending to you after it.
The river the restaurant sits on is a bit smelly and dirty, perhaps just when low but clearing rubbish certainly doesnt seem to be a priority for it or much of Turkey for that matter.
Recommend this place for a nice, local seafood eat in Avanos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 stars, I would do it. First of all, the bread for this kind of restaurant could be better. Cheap bread that falls apart as soon as you touch it. Second, I ordered çoban kavurma and I can’t describe how disgusting it was, so oily and salty. If you are traveling, and looking for good Turkish food, this place is not for you. We ordered desert, and it was not as expected. The service was good, but food is bad bad bad. If you want water view restaurant, go next door to Mado. You’ll be more satisfied with food. ???
