We use Superbox in our business. A week ago, when the internet was cut off, we called to open a fault report. However, the subscription address and the address used were different, so they did not open a fault record. When they stated that it was not us, our address did not change, that the superbox was always used at the same address, they said that it was due to their own staff, that they installed the device used at another address, but did not change the address while installing. We asked them to correct the address, but they couldn't. Despite meeting with the corporate customer representative and the representatives in the call center many times, we could neither have the address corrected nor opened a fault record. Even though it's not about us, it's entirely their fault, they don't fix the problem. Stay away from superonline, especially if you are a commercial business, do not let superonline through the door.
