★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's unbelievable how nice this place was for the money. Food was fresh, tasty and varied every day. All the pool areas were kept very clean and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful all week. Special mention to the resort spa, as that was ludicrously good value for money and the staff there were wonderful to us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exactly okay, does cater for mainly Turkish people, I'm not fussy and was happy but if you have smaller kids they might struggle.
We had a few problems with things but we're quickly rectified.
All in all a nice little hotel that you can enjoy for 7-10 nights, we would not stay here again but had a okay time so far, staff are lovely and very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compared to the Sara Sue spa hotel we stayed in last year, this hotel is terrible, the food variety is none existent, it's the same stuff every day. The hotel cleaning staff can't even restock your fridge with water, instead they leave it out on the counter to get nice and boiling hot In 30-40 degree weather (fantastic). The wifi connection is horrible. The staff only speak Turkish and struggle to understand anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were very helpful and friendly, room cleaned everyday, grounds were lovely. As in other reviews the lift kept breaking OK for us but some others found it a struggle. When we got there the main pool was filthy but once a few people Complained they got onto it straight away. The food was good plenty of choices. The main thing I would say I wasn't happy with was the fact very restricted on what drinks you could have for all inclusive. You was charged for any other drinks even so much as a milkshake you have to pay for which I feel is ridiculous if they gave more choice and includes a wider variety of drinks would of been perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is one of few hotels which I do not recommend! Reception lack customer service! I booked a room for 2 adults and a child. They told me that I didn't book for a child. After speaking to the agent ( odamax), Odamax explained to the hotel that I made the right reservation. But they still refused me a refund! I left the hotel without staying a night but paying a full price!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came from Dubai and we enjoy our visit to this hotel a lot. Staff super friendly especially Mr. Yaser. Rooms are clean, some of our rooms have almost private swimming pool, so we enjoy swimming a lot. Food is very delicious and clean. We did parachuting which is very near and totally perfect
