★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great views of Cappadocia both at sunset and sunrise. It is also one of the best spots to view and photograph the balloons. To get there take the narrow road up a steep hill between the bus terminal and the mosque at Urgup central.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In winter it's cloudy so we didn't really see any sunset @ sunrise. But the view of the city from the hill is still very breathtaking! Best time to visit may be Spring or Summer and the early of Autumn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice view of Goreme, but you should know before there is someone at the entrance who gives you some kind of ticket. It's not expensive (I guess it was 2 lira) but you need to have some cash on you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing spot overlooking the whole of Goreme and surrounding areas. Great for sunset and sunrise watching as well as balloons spotting. It takes a dozen or so minutes of uphill stroll to get there from the centre of Goreme.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to go to have a great view of goreme as well as the view of sunset. We walk up there since our hotel was just close by. It is good hike up from the ticket booth to the view point.
