It was so relaxing and the staff were friendly and always asking if you needed anything. The place was spotless and the food lovely. Few guests were rowdy and boisterous and embarrassing but sometimes that happens on all inclusive. The mini bus to the beach is so accommodating although it is a nice walk . I will definitely look at going back in September I enjoyed it sooo much.

Lovely hotel food is what you would expect at an all inclusive plenty of restaurants nearby if you want something different. There are 2 large pools plenty of sun beds to go round. The apartments are spot on there are many different types available ours has 2 large doubles. There is plenty of entertainment in bar area The beer is spot on not gassy like many all inclusive Plenty of spirits available and served while 11pm We would definitely come back again great value for money. Most of the bars are a short taxi ride away in the old town but there are a few in walking distance. The crown Inn is spot on just at the end of road from hotel.

We booked a 10 day stay in May 2019. The room was very good and the cleaners were excellent, the bartenders and waiters I would rate 10 out of 10 the only thing I would say that let this hotel down was the food. The first 2 days were great but for the rest except the 9th day the chefs were constantly serving fish. I would definately recommend the hotel but not the food on the menu.

Fir 4 guys going on holiday it's a really nice place. Food is okay, it has been prepared freshly. Pools are nice, not so deep though. Rooms are cleaned every day. Only downside of the apartment is the shower, but kaybe that's Turkish. Overall had a great experience, I'd recommend it

This was my second time in turkey 1st time at this Hotel I will say I will not go back. This isn’t due to bad experience rooms pools was fine no problems there. My issues food was almost always cold cakes where delicious tho however even tho we did eat out most mornings and evening. The kids club my little one walked in and he walked straight back out again he is only two years old the lady running the club was just sat in a corner thankfully my little was happy to play in the pools and go to the beech. Kids disco was terrible and entertainment wasn’t all that great either there either was none or it was on the beech or was elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend this place for a family holiday more of a couples or group holiday

It was minimal all inclusive to be legal I've cream 2 hours a day, not at meal times Only 6 choices if cocktails which the hotel chose. The food was very poor and sometimes cold. The pool area's were nice, but could be very Slippery. The rooms were clean, but basic. Had a kettle, but no tea or coffee etc, you had to buy that. The boys in the bar and restaurant were very nice and friendly as we're most staff. I would not recommend this hotel.

The first week we enjoyed in the hotel, the hotel was fairly clean, the staff were lovely, until our last night here, we was told by all the staff to go to the beach party with them as there’s live entertainment, a better atmosphere and so on. So we agreed to go, we arrived then one member of the hotel staff got all his Turkish friends who could not speak any English to sit on our table, there was 2 young English girls and 5 Turkish men sat on our table, at this point we was both feeling extremely on edge as you can imagine. Then towards the end of the night the bar manager was having an argument with another family who was on holiday regarding drinks prices, the bar staff tried to charge the family 1000 TL for a bottle of rum, which in my opinion is absolutely disgusting. We got to know the family on our holiday and was sat on the table next to them... we had nothing to do with the argument which was currently happening we was just sat on the table beside the family, the next thing we know the bar manager said “those 2 prostitute” pointing to me and my friend! Which I can reassure you we both are not!!! It was said in front of a bar full of people, I have never in my life been made to feel so low, the staff at the hotel just sat back and watched it all happen we asked them to help us speak to the manager and to get him to apologise, but the hotel staff just ignored us like we was invisible and sat and watched it all happen! I would never in my life recommend this hotel to anybody! It’s by far the worst place I have ever stayed! We got treat with so much disrespect as paying customers. My honest advice would be to stay well away from this hotel, especially if you are young girls going on holiday alone! It was the worst holiday me and my friend have ever been on we will never be returning back here!! It’s a disgraceful place, we tried putting a complaint into the hotel reception which was impossible as the hotel receptionist could not speak one word of English! We never received an apology or anything, it’s disgusting! Couldn’t recommend this hotel any less!

Ok, so they do have a pool and sliders. But rooms are like from 80s (attaching one Photo...), food is nothing special, small selection of dishes and drinks. Neighborhood is... well, cannot find a words to describe.
