Many years out I go here but this is not same the hotel Two days ago a Russian boy used the pool (to toilet) Her parents just laughed The staff didnt anything Did not change water in the pool The food tasty but the small and not interesting dont have crab and salmon Staff one size is not dear We are family 9 peapole on holiday They don't always allow us to sit next to a table, tell me because of Covid but they don't wear the mask well It's not a 5 star hotel There are a lot of non-cultur Russian

OMG I have had the best experience and time ever. Morning beautiful breakfast and excellent service Pool is massive with lots of greens and you have music, bar and cafe with cakes and ice creams next to pool. Close to the beach and there is two restaurants open between 12 to 16 and food is delicious. Supper starts at 19 and then you have lots of entertainment next to pool till midnight. Staff is so friendly and polite you might find a few who are not that nice but in overall they all trying to make your stay unforgettable. I am coming back next year definitely. A

First day in the hotel, till now, everything was fine. I strongly recommend the massage. It is a must do, Turkish massage + mix therapy. Your holidays will start in a very positive way!

I'm on vacation with my mom at the hotel right now. impressions were twofold until this evening. everything cleared up today. my mother loves Turkish tea and Turkish sweets, but, unfortunately, it is impossible to combine these sweets and Turkish tea at dinner. Turkish tea is available in the Poolside Cafe, and sweets in the main restaurant. the waiter told us that we can take sweets with us at the Poolside Cafe. But at the exit the administrator forbade me to do it. I ask: is why it is forbidden? no clear answer. To my explanations that the waiter allowed me to do this, the administrator replied that the waiter’s words mean nothing! Explain why there is no Turkish tea at a dinner in a Turkish five-star hotel? why can't I take Turkish sweets and eat them by the pool with Turkish tea? why does the administrator say one thing and the waiter another? And here is the rest of the list of questions for the five-star hotel: - Why don't you have a free iron for guests or an ironing room (the first time I needed it on a trip and the first time it was not at the hotel)? - Why is there such a problem with tables in restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner (every time we have a hard time finding a table to sit down)? - Why is your staff flirting with me and asking for whatsapp? - Why are the fountains and jacuzzis not working on the pools? - Why sea side room = roof view room? The mood is ruined. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I don’t drink, I don’t pick up a “mountains” of food in a restaurant, I behave delicately and politely with everyone. To upset me, you need to want this very much, the administrator of main restaurant of this hotel succeeded today.

The hotel is very nice, it has many amenities, the room was equipped with everything needed, the food was great and there were so many choices. Outside was beautiful, bar great, many options alcohol or not. Animation team was very good, the activities were countless and so entertaining.

Great hotel! Location is very good at the centre of Kumköy. Shops, bars and restaurants are right outside hotel. The dolmus, which also stops right outside hotel, takes you to Antik Side in 15 minutes which is definitely worth paying a visit. Hotelstaff excellent! Very helpful and friendly. Waiters at the restaurant and poolbar remember what you drink and make sure you are never without a drink. The resort itself is very green, lots of palmtrees. Big swimming pools, the pool was a bit cold though. A wide sandy beach. Very clean everywhere, from our room to the public toilets. Animation also very entertaining with games and nice shows in evening. Food was also oké, we had expected a bit more variation, but probably because of Covid there was less choice than usual. We had a great holiday and highly recommended this hotel.

Attentive staff (special thanks to the Russian-speaking man at the reception, when my child had problems, he offered his help as an interpreter, even offered to personally take us to the hospital at any time and gave his phone number. it took, the insurance helped. But thanks to him.) Nice beach and great food! Everything is super! The only remark is the bad attitude in the kids' club. This is the first hotel where my child was not interested in the kids' club. For the first time in kumkoy beach. Last year we were at the sister hotel Evren beach and we were very satisfied. On the advice of my mother (who came here 4 times already) and other acquaintances, we chose Kumkoy beach this year. We are very disappointed. The food is very monotonous and always cold. The buffets are much smaller than other years. No snacks to be found after 9 pm. Just some sweets. Fortunately, there are also positives. Beautiful domain and well maintained. Excellent location. Friendly animation team. The staff is generally friendly but sometimes it takes a long time before the table is cleared or to get cutlery. Every morning freshly squeezed orange juice and very nice coffee. On arrival at the hotel we used to get a welcome drink, this year nothing. At the reception we received a very cursory explanation and our room number. We received the explanation about our all-in formula on an A4 sheet. Our suitcases were neatly delivered to the room where we received the necessary explanation about the air conditioning, minibar and safe. Minibar is replenished every day, but we never got no fresh cups during the whole trip. The soaps in the bathroom were not replenished either. The hotel certainly wasn't bad but the food was awful.
