★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Denize nazır, çok büyük ve kaliteli bir residance. Tüm daireler denizi görebilir konumda. Elbette daire fiyatları da yüksek. Residancenin ön bölümünde cafe ve restaurantlar mevcut. Bunlarda kaliteli yerler tabii ki. Akşamları başka yerleri aratmayacak kadar cıvıl cıvıl oluyorlar.
