Everything was renovated but the sheets were like used. After a long journey we couldn't take a shower the water was not hot.

Saat 19.10 civari geldigimde ise bana tahsis edilen odanin anahtarini bulamadilar daha sonra baska anahtara odaya bi girdim karsimda valiz ve esyalar. Evet evet dolu odayi vermisler. Baska odamizda yok deniliyor. Tam bir REZİLLİK. Resepsiyonda duran arkadasda buranin artik müdürü heralde onu arayip aksamlari tek kisinin zor oldugundan v.s. den bahsediyor 15 dk ayakta bekletiliyorum. Konunun benimle ilgili olmasi gerekirken kendileriyle alakali sorunlardan bahsediliyor. Benden 1 dk sonra bi beyefendinin isi cikip acil cikmam gerekiyor deyip gittigi odayi bana vereceklermis. Birde onlarin o temizligini bekleyecegim. Telefon konusmalarini beklemem yetmedi. Sikintilarini dinlemem yetmedi. Birde temizlik yapmalarini bekleyeceğim. Denetim şart ! Ilgisizlik alakasizlik burasi devletin bir kurumu. Bu kadar kötü yönetilemez. Parayla insanlar rezil olamazlar. HERKES İŞİNİ DÜZGÜN YAPMASI GEREK !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadece konaklama yapabilirsiniz. Güler yüz vs beklemeyin. Resepsiyondaki kız arkadaş sakız çiğnemekten günaydın demeye fırsat bulamadı. Kahvaltı vs kötü idi.
You can only stay. Don't expect a smiley face. The girlfriend at the reception couldn't find a chance to say good morning from chewing gum. Breakfast etc were bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Temizlik konusunda çok eksikler vardı.Yatak örtülerinin temiz olduğunu söyleyemem.Kahvaltı çeşidi az ve lezzetli değildi. Asansörü olmaması çok sıkıntı. Bunlar dışında odaya girdiğinizde sıcaklık gayet iyi düzeyde.
There were a lot of deficiencies in cleanliness. I can't say that the bedspreads were clean. The breakfast variety was less and not tasty. Not having an elevator is very inconvenient. Apart from these, the temperature is quite good when you enter the room.
