Great place, staff and food. Quite part of town with a short walk to center. Can't fault anything. Great covid precautions, temp checking every time you walk through the door. Can rate this place highly enough. Recommended.

I cannot find any wrong about this super clean, beautiful place we are staying at right now. The room is spacious, beds are fantastic, bathroom is beautiful with double shower. Breakfast is my idea of heaven with plenty of fresh fruit and olives and more types of savoury and sweet breads then anyone can ever eat in one meal (and I have not even mentioned the hot selection). Staff work their socks off from early morning till late evening and still manage to give a friendly smile. Dinner is even better, with plenty of hot and cold, veg. Meat, fish and fruit and cakes, all super fresh. I am astounded by the cleanliness and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Fabulous hotel, fabulous staff. We were guests from another hotel but were always made to feel very welcome. Food is stunning entertainment team are brilliant. We loved it so much we have booked to go next year

Great hotel. Clean and tidy with friendly staff. Great pool areas for both adults only and families. The rooms are perfect, plenty of room and rain showers! Great choice of food at breakfast and evening meal. I upgraded to half-board on arrival at a great price!! I will definitely be returning here again in the future.

Have been staying here for years. Just returned again from another great holiday. Food fantastic, Room and all hotel areas spotless clean. Staff, well I count them as my family now. From the General Manager Ugur downwards feels this welcome and friendliness throughout all the staff that you would not match anywhere else.

Very well cleaned hotel and polite staff. Tasty food. This is a four star hotel, however it does not have all the conveniences of such hotel. The following were the issues: -Safe available in bedroom, but you have to pay a daily fee to use it. Majority of guest are from abroad so nowhere to store passports and other important documents, unless you pay. - no iron is provided, either in the room or at the reception. Only laundry service is available if you have creased clothing from your suitcase. -Hotel caters for half board, but not even water is included with meals, you have to purchase it separately -No daily water is provided in the room, and no food and drink is allowed to bought back to the hotel from outside. So the only option left is to purchase water from the mini bar at 10 times the price of supermarket water. I had a pleasant stay, but will not be returning or recommending this hotel to others, unless these points are addressed and the hotel allows for a more convenient stay for its guests.

Had a Thomas Cook holiday here in 2017. Was one of the best holidays I have ever had. Turkish people are so friendly. The Turkish bath experience is something that should come to UK. If you haven't tried the Turkish bath experience then try it! The food is great there. Many things to do if you want a fun packed holiday. You can just rest around pools at hotel. Hotel is very clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet was brilliant. The hotel has everything you need whilst away.
