★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Нас в отеле в Турции Euphoria Palm Beach курировал гид Бинали, профессионал своего дела, всё объяснил, давал дельные советы, постоянно был на связи, отвечал на все вопросы, все туры которые нами были приобретены через него понравились. Накануне вечером всегда присылал сообщение о том когда приедет трансфер, что взять с собой. Просим руководство отметить данного гида за профессионализм.
At the hotel in Turkey, Euphoria Palm Beach, we were supervised by the guide Binali, a professional in his field, he explained everything, gave good advice, was constantly in touch, answered all the questions, we liked all the tours that we purchased through him. The night before, I always sent a message about when the transfer would arrive, what to take with me. We ask the management to acknowledge this guide for professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont recommend this agency. We got offered a one day tour on a ship for 50€. The person who made the deal, gave us way too less and wrong informations . In the end we didnt know where to go and where to wait because eveything we got was this small piece of paper on which no useful information was written. So we lost 50€ each and we never saw the guy again even though we tried to contact him.
Very bad experience !
