Nice hotel with nice pool and beach spot, lovely breakfast, friendly staff!

Amazing hotel with a beautiful beach. It had everything I was looking for; beautiful beach, nice swimming pool, and professional and friendly service! I strongly recommend it.

The service from the team Byroom, Cansu and Sultan were excellent. The food was great but unfortunately the food selection was limited. Thank you all!

This hotel is really comfortable and the location is quite perfect. There are 2 ways to reach the sea from the rooms. Rooms are big enough and quite clean. Breakfast is not bad but the other dishes are good. You can give order when resting near the sea. Waiters are friendly. Sunbeds and umbrellas are not enough so you need to wake up early and put your towels on them. :)

Nice and big rooms, beautiful ambiance, charming views, amazing private beach, cosy location in Yalıkavak, overall good value price ratio.

Overall stay is ok. We booked an eco room but got upgraded to a superior room with a balcony which is nice to watch the sunset. They have small private beach (500 metres) but share with another restaurant so be careful not to cross the line! We stayed during the lockdown. We think the hotel adjusts its services to survive. Here are our experiences. 1. Service mind is for paid service only. The reception was not enthusiastic enough to help. When we first called to have more infomation about the hotel facilites, a staff told us to check its website and made our own decisions before we called them. Besides, the reception staffs were so slow when we asked them to order food from the outside (since it was during lockdown and we could not go out), changing the light bulbs, bringing a new kettle to replace a dirty one and no mercy for late check out. However, this was totally opposite when we visited their restaurant. The staffs were helpful and freindly. Of course because we PAID them! 2. If you wish to have a (filter) coffee at breakfast, you have to pay extra. 3. No room services, hotel beach bar only which charges 10 times extra (a cup of Turkish tea is 14 TL!!) Two meals plus one snack cost about 800 tl, which is higher than a room cost per night!!! 4. The room was quite old. The bedsheet (or the whole room, we are not sure) has a bit unplesant smell. 5. Wifi didn't work during our stay. We were told the first night by a staff that wifi didn't work and he didn't know why and it might come tomorrow but wifi never worked.

We especially loved the friendly and amazing staff they made our stay very memorable. Location is great. Room was clean and breakfast was good and simple. If your there book at Galliard for sunset.
