★ ★ ★ ★ ★ başka bir sebeple tamire verdiğim ütüyü servisten aldıktan hemen sonra bambaşka bir yerinde sorun başladı. biraz ihmal biraz şehir dışında olmam sebebiyle geç götürdüm ama bu bizde olmadı sizin hatanız dediler. oysaki ütüyü ilk servisten aldıktan sonraki ilk ütülememde bu sorun belirdi. benim zaman konusunda ihmalim var evet ama hatalarını asla kabul etmemeleri ve yardımcı olmak için en ufak bir çaba göstermemeleri ne hizmet kalitesiyle ne de esnaf kültürüyle bağdaşmıyor.
Right after I took the iron, which I gave for repair for another reason, from the service, a completely different problem started. They said that I took it late due to some neglect and being out of the city, but this was not our fault. however, this problem appeared in my first ironing after receiving the iron from the first service. I have negligence in time, yes, but never admitting their mistakes and not making the slightest effort to help is incompatible with neither service quality nor artisan culture.
