Lived for 2 years in this residence. Quiet calm house. The pool is summer. There is no sauna or gym.

Есть горячее водоснабжение от солнечных батарей. Домофоны с видео связью. Айдат 100лир. (2021 г.) Хорошие стеклопакеты, шумоизоляция. Ближайший супермаркет "101". До migros около 10 минут пешком. Качественная внутренняя отделка.
Convenient location, clean area, swimming pool, secure parking. Nice and clean entrance. Nearby in 2 minutes walk to all shops, to the beach 8 minutes walk. The house has 2 elevators. There is hot water supply from solar panels. Intercoms with video communication. Aydat 100 lir. (2021) Good double-glazed windows, sound insulation. The nearest supermarket "101". The migros is about 10 minutes on foot. High quality interior decoration.
