The men stopped washing our carpet, let alone wash it, and smeared it with machine oil. We express this situation to them, they say we did not do it. Who did it then? You are responsible for what happens when it is in your hands. Zero institutionalism, zero business ethics.

They couldn't remove even the simplest pencil stain. There was only that stain on my carpet, the rest was the heating heat, I wouldn't recommend it at all. I would never prefer it again.
