Is the library open

Ruined municipal library. The places shown as classroom in the library plan are divided into units that are not related to the library. Instead, desks were placed in the upper floor, which is shown as the internet room. Generally, both the administrative office staff (I keep the reading room separate) and the visitors lack library mastery. When visitors who come to study in crowded times put their books and bags on the table and think they are the owner of the table for that day, it causes trouble. There are also the types who work half an hour and occupy the table for an hour as usual. The phones can distinguish between Whatsapp or text messages according to the last sound, incoming notification sound, and you can get overwhelmed by leaving the calls in the middle unanswered. With people talking more than yelling, you can pause your reading and become passively involved in communication. When I stopped by the library, which I was a member of the year it was opened, years later, it was disappointing that it did not improve much. Despite all these years, the book inventory is still insufficient. The fact that another visitor could not find four of the five books he was looking for, although I did not look for a book myself, reveals the situation. The importance of a municipality that is proud of opening a library and how much budget it allocates for the procurement of books is quite a matter of curiosity. Despite all these negative reviews, it is an average place by country standards. They have a seat and books to read.

Overall it's nice but small, like insufficient, could be improved. Friends in study rooms may also be quieter, as if they are not in the library with a bang. But as I said, it's nice in general, I liked it.
