It's a complete fiasco. In the shower, the fountain works only with 3 holes. The hot water does not flow anyway. You wait for 10 minutes or so, the hot water comes, then the cold water comes back. The toilet, the bathroom are too small. We paid 1200 TL for 2 nights. When we were leaving, they sent a man behind us to pay for the 2 fruit juices that the children drank at breakfast. By the way, we asked for water for breakfast, they didn't even have water. I will never stay again.

We came to the hotel to stay as a family. We made the reservation by deceiving the hotel photos in general. The most important problem of the facility in the apart concept is cleaning. The furniture in the rooms is deformed, the seats are dirty and cigarette burns. The toilet and bathroom are very small. 1.5 m2 and it is almost impossible to use. We even asked for toilet paper from below. Think about the rest. There is nothing in the kitchen except two paper cups. And they left tea bags and 4 pieces of sugar in the open room. The sound of the elevator echoes in the room day and night. The only plus is the smiling faces of the employees. .I do not recommend to come again

The information that says 125 meters from the beach is completely wrong and it is at least 1 km away and there is no beach within walking distance, but it is false and wrong. It has been the hotel choice that I made the worst choice of my life. When we entered the room, it was delivered without being cleaned, a dirty room away from the corona virus measures, stained sheets, dirty sinks, a sofa set that you will be afraid to sit on if it is not colored from dirt!! We conveyed our complaints about the room to the authorities and demanded that our room be changed. They said that there was no empty room, but there was an empty island and there was an exit from one side. We asked that the room was given to us without being cleaned, at least it was cleaned and the stained sheets changed. we went out. We came back in the evening, when I asked if the cleaning of the room was finished, the colored-eyed young friend at the reception said I hope only in a wavy and angry way!!! Sir, are we staying for free or something??? Or we are hotels. Are you taking an attitude towards those who book through it? From the sounds of fighting with peace of mind to all the exaggerations and false promises We paid 895 TL to the hotel where we could not sleep. If we paid the money, we wait at the service. Your change of business leaves you dirty Customers that you complain can't be an excuse if they use dirty, you will clean it and you can't give it to someone else without cleaning it! As for breakfast, I think they re-serve the plates from the previous table, tomato seeds in cheese, bread crumbs in jams. If you want to be disgraceful with your money, you can choose smudged multicooker plates. The choice is yours !!!
