I like this company and I’ve been using it over the years. However, they have some stuff to fix, and urgently. The company is quite big, but they don’t act that way! First, the bank they work with and the credit card machine they use is very basic that it does not accept all the credit cards (even some VISA cc)! I’ve been to several small stores in town and all of them accepted my credit card but this huge company is not looking to pay some extra fees so they can accept my cc. Second, they used to offer coffee or beverage along with a cake or biscuits but now, they do only offer coffee. Probably to cut off the costs although the price nearly doubled. Third, I guess that they don’t have any criteria while choosing their employees since the guy serving us in the bus seemed to be unaware of what he had to do. Needless to say that he was asking me if we’ve dropped a passenger / something that he should have noted somewhere. In addition to asking me 5-6 times in which stop I was going to be dropped off - although he had wrote it since the first time. The gentleman over there was not a bad person at all and did his job the way it should be done. However, as I ended up paying cash, I had to wait a little before he can get the change from a store nearby.
