Hotel ok but not 5 stars maybe 4 food not great Service for drinks terrible staff tay their best but not great

Terrible service for a so called 5 star. Very disappointed that the management do not seem bothered. Paper cups in the rooms, food is the same every night. Toiletries were already used when we arrived and never replaced. Staff do not speak English. Other guests we met said the same thing what a shame. The biggest mistake was booking this hotel don't be taken by the he beauty. Read other people's reviews on Tripadvisor before you book.

In general the holiday and the hotel was near to great. <

First class hotel in a lovely setting, massive selection of food and drink. The only negative was the quality of entertainment, the shows were average and the open air DJ sets finished at midnight, could and should be much later as the nightclub was closed. It was also heavily biased towards the Russians which is rubbish for us Brits. Would be 5 stars if they could get this right.

Lovely hotel, great food, extremely helpful and friendly staff. Couldn't recommend it enough. Had a great relaxing stay with golf at the sister hotel down the road.

First golfing holiday to Turkey and I was very impressed with the sueno deluxe. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The food in the hotel was exceptional. I have been to few all inclusive hotels in Spain but the sueno deluxe was head and shoulders above them. The hotel was immaculate and our room was very clean. I would have given the holiday five stars but the greens on the Pines and the Dunes were in a very poor condition. Already planning our next trip to Turkey.

The Hotel was excellent, didn't think the choice of food was as good as 2 years ago. We waited long periods for drinks at night, you could increase waiters. Otherwise great. The golf courses were in bad shape compared to 2 years ago, don't know of its down to the covid outbreak but they need to improve for us to come again.

Lovely hotel , very impressive entrance and foyer. Staff , on the whole , are very welcoming and give good service . The staff are acting on their “ rules” with little room for providing guests with their needs and wishes. However, we were given a room with view of a wall! Very disappointed as we were promised “ a view”! We were then further disappointed to find the hotel was not willing to compensate us in any way, such as the use of a “pod” by the pool, which were hardly used. Toiletries were not replaced on a need for basis but we had to phone for replacements. Very unusual for a 5 star hotel. This hotel has great potential for being a fabulous holiday destination as the setting and hotel are amazing with a huge amount of facilities but sadly , for us, came up short of expectations.
