Sueno Hotels Beach Side

We stayed in Lake House side and really enjoyed going to pool directly from our room:) We had a special breakfast area and had many extra items than regular breakfast area. There is also themepark inside the hotel.

Not sure what to think about this resort. Services and staff are just amazing. Restaurants were big enough to accommodate hundreds of people. It's just that feeling of huge old concrete hotel with hundreds of rooms and I'm not sure that's what I expect from my holiday. The beach is beautiful (guarded 24/7) and this flower shaped pier with bar at the end of it is just heaven on the sea. But at the end of the day you still return to this same ugly room passing dozens of others just like yours.

We've been to Sueno July 2019. What is great. Location, room numbers, atmosphere. Very good for traveling with kids - my son always asked me to take him to kindergarten. It was very interesting to him. Good attractions for kids. Very good food and drink. Perfect animation. But for adults - dancing area is located in a very hot and humid place, music is terrible. The rest is Superb.

The service at this place was a disappointment. The stuff barely understands English and when ordering food in buffet restaurants you need to point and things. The food selections was pretty scant too, and the table service virtually non-existent. You really need to go look for a waiter even for basic things like getting utensils or a drink. It felt like they are doing a favor to you every time you ask for anything. The gym facilities were run down and some machines didn’t work at all. The A/C at the place didn’t work and the stuff gave no explanation.

Great place with a lot f aval8able activities and programs that for sure won't let you time to be bored, unless you want to. Great services and kind personal. Room condition and room service ok although no botled sparking water.

How come most of the foreigners love the hotel and all of the local Turkish people hate it?! Smells like inner competition to me... However this is one of the best hotels we’ve ever been to! Everything you could possibly need is there! No need to leave the property! Food is just good! What did ya’ll expected? Fine class dining? Its a hotel buffet people, you need to realize! ALL INCLUDED! Dont like something? Go get something else! Whats the big deal?! We stayed off season and there was no crowds of people no waiting lines and all was fabulous!! Loved it! Definitely will come back! The singer guy that does karaoke is very talented!! By the way!! The reception and check in process is a big hassle! And reception people are a bunch of a...holes! Need to talk to customer relations and they will possibly help with that...

One big smokers place, they leave doors en windows open so all smoke come in, lobby,halls and even until your room (on the 3th floor). They don't do anything on it, several times complaint. It's not a place you want to be with your child's. I think 80% of the people smoke there. A real same, the food is good, rooms are clean, a lot of place outside. Without the smoke it will be a nice place to be. Most employees are not happy but I think it come because the way the gaat handle them.
