Kumaşında devamlı oturmamıza rağmen deforme olmadı silinebilir kumaş olduğundan çok rahat temizleyebildim.verdiğim paraya değdi hiç pişmanlık duymadım. Ürünleri ilk alırken firma yetkilisi İsmail beyle görüşerek satın aldık bizimle çok iyi ilgilendi çok memnun kaldık tâki Ürünler eve teslim olana kadar Ürünler teslim edildi müşteri memnuniyeti bitti!!!! Ürünler Almayada evimize bir transport firması tarafından teslim edildi ürünler gayet korunaklı ve iyi paketlenmişti. Paketleri açtıktan sonra ürünlerin çoğu kusurlu gelmişti 2100 euroluk köşe koltuğun süngerlerinde çökmeler mevcut ve her oturduğunuzda koltuğun formu bozuluyordu hemen kendilerini aradım koltuğun parçalarını yollayabileceklerini söylediler. benim burada evime tamirci getirip kendimin yaptırmam gerektiğini belirttiler. yani sıfır aldığım koltuğu ben tamir ettirecekmişim ki evde tamir olabilecek bir ürün değil. şuan tam 1 ay oldu düzelir diye bekledim fakat daha çok deformasyonlar oluştu tekrar firmayla görüştüm bana her oturup kaldığımızda elle düzeltme yapın kullanın dediler? almasaydınız zorla satmadık dediler. aldığım baza takımının kusurlarını saymakla bitiremeyeceğim için anlatmıyorum bile.ama ürünlerin fotoğrafını fotoğraf kısmına yükleyeceğim oradan ulaşabilirsiniz. Ödemiş olduğum 3500euro luk ödeme için fatura verilmedi. Yurtdışında yaşadığımız için ve bu firmanın güvenilir bir firma olduğunu düşündüğümüz için İnstagram ve whatsapp üzerinde görüşme yaparak aldığımız ürünlerden hiç memnun kalmadık ürünler görüntülerdeki kaliteyi içermiyor size tavsiyem kesinlikle fiziki olarak görmediğiniz ürüne para verip almayın benim gibi mağdur olmayın. The products were delivered, customer satisfaction is over!!!! The products were delivered to our home in Germany by a transport company. The products were well protected and well packaged. After opening the packages, most of the products were defective. There are collapses in the sponges of the 2100 euro corner sofa and the shape of the seat was deteriorating every time you sat down. I called them immediately and they said they could send the parts of the seat. They said that I had to bring a repairman to my house and have it done by myself. I mean, I was going to have the seat that I bought new repaired, which is not a product that can be repaired at home. it's been exactly 1 month now, i waited for it to get better, but more deformations occurred, i talked to the company again and they told me to make corrections by hand every time we sit down and they said, if you didn't buy it, we didn't sell it by force. Since I can't finish counting the flaws of the base set I bought, I won't even tell you. But I will upload the photos of the products to the photo section, you can reach them from there. No invoice was given for the payment of 3500 euros that I paid. Since we live abroad and we think that this company is a reliable company, we were not satisfied with the products we bought by interviewing on Instagram and whatsapp. The products do not include the quality in the images.
