İlk görüşmemizde 10 poz seçecek şekilde anlaştık, fotoğraf seçimine gittiğimizde hepsini vereceklerini photoshop yapacağız demediklerini ilettiler daha önce hiçbir fotoğrafçıda photoshop için ekstra anlaşıldığını duymamıştım. Şimdi fotoğrafların hepsi bizde ama yamuk, okulun ismi eksik çekilmiş, gölgeler çıkmış; Serhat Stüdyodan daha profesyonel yaklaşım beklerdim. Saying he was the photographer of the years in Eskişehir, we agreed with Serhat Studio for our graduation shoot. In our first meeting, we agreed to choose 10 poses, when we went to the photo selection, they said that they would give all of them and they would do photoshop. Now we have all the photos, but they are crooked, the name of the school was taken incompletely, the shadows came out; I expected a more professional approach from Serhat Studio.

Ancak stüdyoya gittiğimizde anlaşmaya uyulmadı ve fotoğraflar düzenlenmeden bize verildi. Profesyonellikten uzak, berbat, korkunç fotoğraflarla karşılaştık. Kendi telefonumla çektiklerim daha güzeldi. Bu nasıl stüdyo, bu nasıl profesyonellik, bu ne biçim hizmettir yani. SAKIN TERCİH ETMEYİN!!!!!! REZİLLİK. We agreed that photos will be taken for our graduation photos, 10 poses will be selected and delivered. However, when we went to the studio, the agreement was not respected and the photos were given to us without editing. We were met with unprofessional, terrible, terrible photos. The ones I took with my phone were better. What kind of studio is this, what professionalism is this, what kind of service is this. DO NOT PREFER!!!!!! DISGRACE.
O	Oğuzhan Durgun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Berbat. Ham fotoğraflar atıldı. Üstelik çok pahalı. Hiçbir işlem uygulanmamış fotoğraflar yamuk veya yansımalı. Telefonla çeksek 2 filtre atsak daha profesyonel bir iş çıkarmış olurduk. Paramız da cebimizde kalırdı. Wretched. Raw photos were discarded. Plus it's very expensive. Unprocessed photos are skewed or mirrored. We would have done a more professional job if we had taken a phone call and thrown 2 filters. Our money would stay in our pockets.

Hatta diğer arkadaşlarım başka yerde çektirdikleri halde stüdyo serhatta tekrar çektirdiler. Fotoğrafı çeken beyefendiye ve çalışanlarının güler yüzlülüğüne teşekkür ederim I have visited many photographers to have their graduation photos taken, but I have not come across a place that is as helpful as the studio Serhat. My photos have taken a toll on me. Even though my other friends had it taken elsewhere, they had it taken again in the studio. Thank you to the gentleman who took the photo and the friendliness of his staff.

En önemlisi de müşteri memnuniyetini öne alarak yıllar önce çekilmiş bir fotoğrafı bile bulmak için insanüstü çaba göstermeleri. Mükemmel böyle kazanılır. Tebrikler. This is a more perfect business than an ordinary photo studio. High level of interest and relevance. Most importantly, they make a superhuman effort to find even a photograph taken years ago, putting customer satisfaction first. This is how perfect is earned. Congratulations.

Tanesini 5 ₺ den verebileceklerini söylediler. Aradan bir ay sonra yine aynı fotoğraflar arasından bir adet daha dijital kopya istedim bu defa 15 ₺ olduğunu söylediler. Güvenim sarsıldı. Artık buradan hizmet almıyorum. Düğünün için de buradan cekiniriz diye düşünmüştüm oysa. Şimdi başka yerle anlasacagim. Ayrica fotoğrafları gereksiz pahalı. Bir de arka fon dekupajı hiç kaliteli değil. Baştan savma yapıp veriyorlar. I took a studio photo for engagement. When I took the photo prints, I asked for digital copies of the photographs we took. They said they could give them five. One month later, I asked for another digital copy of the same photos, saying that this time it was 15.. My trust is shaken. I don't get service from here anymore. I thought we'd get out of here for your wedding. Now I'm going to make a deal. Also photos are unnecessarily expensive. And the background jigsaws aren't good quality. They give it away.
