Yetkili kurumların bu tür kuruluşların işletilmesini durdurması ve gereken cezayı uygulaması gerekiyor. Okul ile iş yapan tüm kuruluşların mafya kurallı kuruluşlarla irtibatı kesilmeli nemalanan herkes gerekli cezayı almalıdır. Okullar eğitim yuvasıdır gelecek yetiştirilirken yetişen fidanlar üzerinden para kazanılmamalı ve kazananlar cezalandırılmalıdır.
