★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tam 3 yıl yaşadım. Son zamanda açılan cafelerle akşam uyumak falan mümkün değil. Kalmanızı tercih etmem. Apartman yönetimi konuya duyarlı olsa da yapacağı bir şey olmuyor. Mümkün olduğunca kalmaktan uzak durun. Yakınlarda bir ev tutacaksanız da akşam gidip bakın ses geliyor mu diye. Kandırılmayın. Ayrıca duvarlar çok kötü ve yan daire diye bir şey yok. Sizinle birlikte yaşıyor komşularınız. Neyse işkence seven de vardır. Arz talep meselesi.
I lived for exactly 3 years. It is not possible to sleep in the evening with the recently opened cafes. I wouldn't prefer you to stay. Although the apartment management is sensitive to the issue, it has nothing to do. Avoid staying as much as possible. If you are going to rent a house nearby, go to see if there is noise. Don't be deceived. Also the walls are very bad and there is no such thing as a side circle. Your neighbors live with you. Anyway, there are also those who love torture. A matter of supply and demand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daireler 1+1, bazıları 2 kat şeklinde bazıları yan yana bölünmüş odalar şeklinde inşa edilmiş.. Daire eşyalı ama buzdolabı mini olduğu için biraz sıkıntı.. Güvenlik sistemi güzel, ev sahipleri dış kapıdan şifre ile girebiliyor ancak, hemen içeri de güvenlikçi de mevcut zaten.. Aşağıda marketler, terzi, pizzacı, kırtasiye, cafe falan olduğu için + bir avantaj sağlıyor zamandan.. ( yalnız stüdyo olduğu için fiyat biraz tuzlu gelebilir :)
The apartments are built in the form of 1 + 1, some in the form of 2 floors, some in the form of split rooms. The apartment is furnished but the refrigerator is a little annoyance because the security system is nice. .. Grocery stores, tailor, pizzeria, stationery, cafe or something that provides an advantage from time .. (only studio is a bit salty for the price may come :)

a studio with too much noise. sometimes you can wake up between 4-5 a.m. if you can manage to sleep despite the noise between 12-2. Also, it does not matter whether it is a visa / final period, a summer school period, you are always exposed to this poor quality.
