Reformer is a very successful instructor in pilates, I have attended many courses, but I cannot compare any of them with Gizem. You will definitely be satisfied with personalized lesson programs. Good thing our path crossed!

Gizem Hoca’ nın ihtiyacıma yönelik hareketleri şekillendirmesi, destekleyici ve cesaretlendirici yaklaşımı, iş disiplini, eğitmenlik becerilerinin güçlü, aktarımlarının net olması gibi özelliklerinin fark yarattığını düşünmekteyim.Salonda pandemi hijyen kurallarının tam olarak uygulanması özellikle bu süreçte tercih nedeni olmaktadır. Tüm bunların yanında salonda çalan play listler harika?
Hello, after visiting many halls, my path crossed with Gizem Hoca and Studio d'Or. I started in February with a lot of heart and I have been continuing since the end of the quarantine. I think that Gizem Hoca's features such as shaping the movements towards my needs, supportive and encouraging approach, work discipline, strong instructor skills and clear transference make a difference. The full implementation of pandemic hygiene rules in the living room is especially preferred in this process. Besides all this, the playlists playing in the hall are great?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 yıldır pandemiden dolayı ara versem de şimdi yeniden düzenli olarak devam ediyorum. Skolyozum olduğu için her hareketi yapamıyorum ve kendimi sakatlayabiliyorum ancak Gizem hoca birçok hareketi bana göre optimize ettiği için sakatlanmadan-ters hareket yapmadan spor yapabiliyorum.
Oldukça temiz ve hijyenik bir yer olması da ayrı bir önemli konu.
Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.
Even though I took a break for 2 years due to the pandemic, now I continue regularly. Because I have scoliosis, I can't do every movement and I can injure myself, but since Gizem has optimized many movements for me, I can do sports without getting injured or reverse movements.
The fact that it is a very clean and hygienic place is another important issue.
I definitely recommend it.
