Our combi boiler broke down, we called the service, they came to fix the problem in 2 days They came on 6/12/2018 They will still come home and replace the part It's been 5 days. I won't put the thermotechnical combi in my house again. It's broken in less than 1 year.

It is one of the best service companies in Samsun in the installation, breakdown and maintenance works of heating and gas burning devices. A company that does its job well. They are the authorized service of several national combi brands and the authorized special service of all other brands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sağlam olan kombimizi bozdular. Temizleme diye çağırdık, kombinin değilmesi gereken prçaları var deyip 800tl para aldılar. Kombi şu an ısıtmıyor. Firmadan dönüşte alamıyoruz. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum!
They broke our solid boiler. We called for cleaning, they said that the combi boiler has parts that should not be, and they took 800 TL. The boiler is not heating right now. We do not receive returns from the company. I definitely do not recommend!
